Eblasts for South Coast Plaza are designed on a retainer basis to promote events, merchandise, lookbooks, and specialized shopping guides.

Feast Italian Kitchen opened in June 2019 at The Shoppes at Old Bridge in Old Bridge, New Jersey. It is the newest venture of celebrated restauranteurs Steven Botta and Angelo Bongiovanni, owners of Brando’s Citi Cucina in Asbury Park and Osteria Cucina Rustica in Marlboro. Feast combines elements of the famed “red sauce” restaurants of Brooklyn with a cool vibe and a lively, upscale atmosphere. The swashes and diamond shape of the logo are inspired by the shape of the banners that line the streets of Little Italy, and the font was chosen to evoke an old-world, aged feel. Full branding was explored – from the inception of the logos to website, signage, uniforms, and wall art translations.

Look and feel implemented across various deliverables for Royal Hawaiian Center’s Fukubukuro shopping event. The center collaborated with fashion and lifestyle blogger Emma Wo of The Aloha Babe for a Fukubukuro bag giveaway contest.

Logo and brochure designed for Stanbery Development to lease upscale retail, dining and residential space in a new mixed-use project located in Parsippany in Morris County, New Jersey. The project will also offer entertainment space that will house events such as concerts, outdoor movie nights and a farmer’s market.

Conceptualized and art directed a holiday gift guide video for South Coast Plaza under Brogan Tennyson Group, in partnership with freelance animator Anthony Lee. The ballerina was part of a static custom illustration, and I dreamed up the idea to give her life to interact and play with the best contemporary holiday gifts at South Coast Plaza.

Brochure designed to lease a premier 340,000 square-foot town center in Middletown, New Jersey. It will boast a boutique dine-in theater as well as specialty retail and restaurants with outdoor cafe space. The concept is a one-stop venue where residents can shop, dine and gather with their neighbors. It is set to open in 2020.

Monthly art direction, curation, and copywriting for Royal Hawaiian Center’s Instagram feed which highlights culture, retail, dining, and events that happen at the center. The feed has enjoyed a steady increase in following from 8k to 20.9k followers in the past year.

Bergen Town Center, a diverse shopping center in Paramus, New Jersey, conducted an online survey to gather feedback from its patrons in order to improve upon their performance. The survey was tied into a giveaway as an incentive for visitors to share their thoughts.

Once survey results were collected, an infographic was created to present them in a quick and easy visual for the center’s marketing director to pass along to colleagues.

A proposed creative concept for a new consumer advertising campaign for Royal Hawaiian Center in Honolulu, HI. The concept showcases their extensive collection of luxury retailers, as well as the lush natural elements that are native to Hawaii.
